Shipping Policy

We ship across India.

• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days

• Delivery time may take 5–8 business days, depending on your location

• During festivals, sales, or custom/bulk orders, delivery timelines may vary slightly

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

Return & Exchange Policy

As our candles are hand-poured and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.

However, your happiness matters to us.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos, and we’ll happily resolve it with a replacement or suitable solution.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

For custom candles, return gifts, or live candle station bookings, cancellations are not applicable once confirmed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed only for approved cases like damaged or incorrect products

• Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
